By accessing or using SellerLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users, including free plan users, waitlist members, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SellerLens is an analytics and intelligence platform for Indian e-commerce sellers. We provide tools to analyse sales data, ad spend, inventory, and marketplace performance across Amazon.in, Flipkart, and other platforms.

Free tools (ASIN Launcher, ASIN Data Scraper, Spends Report Merger, Today Sale Dashboard) are provided at no cost and do not require an account.

3. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our platform's code, design, or data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use our tools to violate Amazon's or any marketplace's terms of service
• Resell or sublicense access to SellerLens without written permission

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SellerLens. We do not sell your data to third parties. Files processed by our free browser-based tools (Spends Report Merger, Today Sale Dashboard, ASIN Scraper) are processed entirely in your browser — they never leave your device or get uploaded to our servers.

For cloud-connected features, data is stored securely and used only to provide the service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content on SellerLens is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Pricing & Payments

SellerLens is currently in early access. Paid plans will be introduced at launch. Early access waitlist users who join before launch will receive 3 months free on any paid plan — this offer is subject to verification of waitlist signup timestamp.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice of any price changes.

8. Disclaimers

SellerLens is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Analytics and insights provided are based on data you supply and are for informational purposes only — not financial or business advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sellerlens.in.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
